Beside her university duties, Dr. Elgaddar is also a healthcare quality management expert. She has special interest in medical laboratories, with more than 7 years’ experience in setting laboratory quality systems and implementing several accreditation standards.

Dr. Ahmed Al Kuwaiti is an Associate Professor and Senior Consultant in Quality and Accreditation, who has been instrumental in implementing the concepts of quality standards and process improvement in the areas of medical education and healthcare at IAU, its affiliated hospital (KFHU), and other institutions in KSA.
With 29+ years of academic and research experience, Dr. Ahmed Al Kuwaiti comes with strong expertise in medical education, quality in healthcare, university ranking, hospital facilities management safety, patient safety and risk management.
He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Hospital Facility Management & Safety Surveyor for Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutes (CBAHI). He acts as a trainer on different topics of performance improvement models and techniques, risk management, ranking, Joint Commission International (JCI) and Saudi National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA) accreditation standards, as well as leadership and professional development.
He is the President and Senior Trustee of the Association of Healthcare Professionals (AHCP) United Kingdom, and acts as the Editorial Board member and Associate Editor of six international journals.
Dr. Ahmed Al Kuwaiti has established many organizations and programs in various healthcare organizations and higher educational institutions. He has published about 30+ journal articles, written 3 books and given several conference presentations.
Dr.Komil Jasdev Bhalla,

Dr. Komil Bhalla received her Dental degree from GDCH Ahmedabad, India in 1997. She completed her Masters in Prosthodontics in 2001 from the same university. She obtained her credentials to practice Dentistry in Canada from the University of Western Ontario, in 2007. Dr.Komil Bhalla has also received certification from the University of Toronto in imparting Moderate Sedation for dental procedures. Having recently completed a mini residency in Dental Implants, Dr.Komil Bhalla continues to regularly upgrade her dental skills. Dr.Komil Bhalla is a proud member of the Burlington Dental Academy. She is also involved, alongside her husband Dr.Jasdev Bhalla, in providing continuing education courses in sedation nationally and internationally.
