CIAC Global provides accredited membership under Better Business Practices based on dossier submission and evaluation by its governing council members who include eminent scholars & industry experts from related industries. There are numerous benefits that come with working through BBP. These benefits, if properly utilized, may help in establishing such  organizations as an apt & pertinent body, providing quality output to its users.

CIAC Better Business Practices (BBP) exist to ensure the quality and assist in the improvement of the organizational system by evaluating the established practices, analyzing them and suggesting amendments in it for better performance output. BBP is a continuous process based on self and peer assessment for improvement of quality and public accountability of organizations which needs to be put on auto pilot mode so as to achieve sustained standards.

CIAC is governed by a President and Board of Directors who persistently maintain its own agenda of not leaving a loop hole in the system. They set better business practice standards for various industry verticals, monitor compliances, and award Better Business Practices certificates which are always upon recommendation by the Board of Commissioners. The evaluation process never gets completed without a proper physical or online audit of the premises of the applicant organization by CIAC representative quality assurance auditors to gather and compare data for the executive committee to decide. Recommendations are then made to the Board of Directors / President for a final decision.

CIAC Better Business Practices (BBP) Membership

CIAC works on the belief that if the process & methods are as per the standards and are sustained in nature, the outcome is likely to come as per expectations. CIAC has developed a set of guidelines, called Better Business Practices, which, if followed, would help organizations improve their quality standards. To its member organizations, which are selected through a vigorous process of dossier submission & evaluation, CIAC provides BBP Membership and Star Ratings which ensure the level of compliance that the organization matches with the set standards of CIAC. It works through internal & external audits and consulting to improve the processes of the member organization.
